No matter where you live we can fix your computer. If you can deliver your computer to us by UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL or even take it to our office, we can fix it. We realize that in many of our rural communities there are computer users but no technicians for miles that can assist our rural families in fixing their computer problems. That's why we opened up our doors to say, "that if you can get your computer to us we can fix it. If we can't fix it, we won't charge you".
Have a computer you want to ship to us for repair. Fill out the PC Repair Questionnaire prior to shipping as we may be able to fix your Computer Remotely and SAVE you the cost of shipping. Once the questionnaire has been submitted to us we will respond to you within 24 hours of our determination as to which direction we need to go to make your computer fully operational.
